At CALDG, we strive to provide high-quality building materials and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
• Returned products must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom-cut, special-order, or made-to-order products.
• Clearance or final-sale items.
• Products that have been installed, altered, or used.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
After verification, we may:
• Replace the product
• Issue a full refund
• Provide store credit
In these cases, CALDG will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

CUSTOMER REMORSE RETURNS
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defects:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The product must meet all return eligibility requirements.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item is defective.
