We specialize in landscape materials, decorative rock, gravel, decomposed granite, boulders, flagstone, and other building materials. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, shipping methods and delivery times may vary.

  1. SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

Certain remote locations may require additional freight charges or may not be eligible for delivery.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

Orders may be shipped using:

• Standard parcel carriers
• LTL freight carriers
• Flatbed or specialized freight services
• Local delivery services

The shipping method will depend on the product type, weight, quantity, and delivery location.

• Freight requirements
• Order quantity

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Some products may require a custom freight quote before shipment.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Freight shipments: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For large or heavy orders:

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
• Someone may need to be available to receive the shipment.
• Freight carriers may contact customers to schedule delivery appointments.
• Additional charges may apply for redelivery requests or missed appointments.

  1. DELIVERY INSPECTION

Please inspect all products upon delivery.

If any product arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing:

Photographs of damaged products may be required.

CALDG is not responsible for delays caused by:

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Freight shipments may receive tracking information directly from the carrier.
